C'est prévu pour 6 mais il n'y a que 4 chaises, pas de robinetterie mais des vannes de jardin comme mitigeur au lavabo et dans la douche et surtout un environnement ultra bruyant. Plus jamais

False advertisement Negative: For our recent holiday to Hawaii we needed our accomodation to have two essential inclusions, two bedrooms and an onsite pool. The apartment we booked had both of these inclusions. As a group of six traveling together, some of the members of the group are neurodivergent and require private space to withdraw and regroup them self, two separate bedroom areas allow this space. During our stay we encountered multiple issues with the electrical items, one being only one thing could be used within the kitchen or the fuse shorted and required resetting, this was very frustrating especially at breakfast when you could not use the kettle, coffee machine or toaster at once. The other significant issue was the air conditioner in the lounge room. This air conditioner would turn off and not restart leaving the lounge hot and stuffy. To combat this we would need to increase the air conditioner fans in the bedroom and keep the doors open to draw the cool air out into the lounge. This made the bedroom extreamly cold and removed the quiet space required for group members. When we arrive we noticed that a sign had been place at the pool noticing its closure, we assumed it was closed for the day. On our second day it was still closed. We made enquiries at the building management desk in regards to why the pool was closed and when we could expect to be able to use it. We were shocked to be told that it was closed indefinitely and had been closed for the past three months, this is prior to our booking being made yet the property was advertised as having a pool. The pool remained closed for our entire nine night stay. We are extremely disappointed that prior to arriving not once did we receive notification of the pools closure and we were not given the option to find alternative accommodation that met our needs. As stipulated in our booking , if we choose to any cancelation needed to be done fourteen days prior to arrival, this meant when we discovered that there was no access to pool
