Remodeled Ala Moana Studio Pool and Ocean Views

We were not on a holiday but in town to visit family. Love the amenities and the property. Communication with our hosts was almost immediate. Which is always nice.

My family had a lovely time staying here for 12 nights. Room was clean, double beds were comfortable, and balcony had great views of the city and the ocean. Location was perfect too as it’s close to the mall and Ala Moana beach is walking distance away. Parking was very convenient as well. Communication with the host was great. Not having a towel service wasn’t an issue for us, but something to keep in mind if frequent towel change is important to you. I would definitely stay here again!

I am writing to express my disappointment with our check-in experience on December 25, which was an important day for our family. Our family of four waited nearly one hour in the hotel lobby to complete check-in. The hotel system did not have my name listed for Room 3024. Although the hotel staff tried to assist by contacting the room operator, and I also sent emails and left phone messages, It later became clear that our information had not been properly submitted to the hotel, which caused significant stress and prevented us from checking in smoothly and with peace of mind. This situation negatively affected our schedule and overall mood that day. In addition, during the week prior to check-in, I received nearly ten reminder emails from the host, which felt excessive for a holiday stay meant to be relaxing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to others.

We had a great stay at this property. Room was clean. Located on the 30th floor with partial views of the ocean, city view and mountain view. On Friday nights, if the Hilton is having their firework show, you're able to see it right from the balcony. It's really a great location. Quick and easy walk to Ala Moana mall. Check in was a smooth and easy process. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room, along with plates, cups and utensils. They also provide dish soap and a sponge to wash the dishes. The only thing I wish was different was that we could get a refresh of our bath towels without me having to wash them myself or pay extra to get new ones. We stayed for 9 days. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
