Remodeled Ala Moana Studio Pool and Ocean Views

We had a great stay at this property. Room was clean. Located on the 30th floor with partial views of the ocean, city view and mountain view. On Friday nights, if the Hilton is having their firework show, you're able to see it right from the balcony. It's really a great location. Quick and easy walk to Ala Moana mall. Check in was a smooth and easy process. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room, along with plates, cups and utensils. They also provide dish soap and a sponge to wash the dishes. The only thing I wish was different was that we could get a refresh of our bath towels without me having to wash them myself or pay extra to get new ones. We stayed for 9 days. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

While the Ala Moana mantra is a nice property, the amount of limited towels was inconvenient

Would stay again and book thru hotel Positive: loved the hotel and the starbucks and signature restaurant with a great happy hour , didn’t get to use pool . Was there for family reasons . Negative: The 50.00 check in fee for keys and 25.00 a day amenity fee that was not mentioned on Booking.com, we used no amenities , they didn’t clean our room at all or give us new towels in 5 days and we had to empty our own trash and there is nowhere to empty it and I’m not walking thru the lobby with a bag of garbage .. also parking is 40.00 self park .. would have been cheaper if I booked directly at hotel . But I can’t complain about the view, it was nice and the pillows were like a dream !
